Collaboration with The University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG)
Gastronomes are the next generation of educators and innovators, editors and multimedia broadcasters, marketers of fine products, and managers of consortia, businesses, and tourism companies.
Slow Food Kenya brings together 60 Convivia and Slow Food communities from across the country. The Convivia are local chapters that spread the Slow Food Philosophy at grassroots level whereas the communities produce food sustainably (in way that doesn’t harm the environment, our health and animal welfare) process and distribute it.
